So many times, you hear about black men not being there for their children or their women. That is a stereotype that has been perpetuated in movies and the media, over and over again. Yes, there are men who fail at being good husbands and fathers, but that is the case in all walks of life and among all people, no matter their color.  And there are so many men who are the complete opposite, who stand by their families, no matter what. Andrew is one of those men. He and his fiancé, Chantal, have been together since high school. And every time I see them together, I see nothing but respect, love, and support for one another. He is strong, quiet, loving and fiercely protective of Chantal and their daughter, Aniya. Andrew and Chantal were supposed to be married this past May, but unfortunately, COVID-19 caused a delay in their plans. Their story is one of love, fidelity, and longevity. And I wish Andrew, Chantal, and Aniya nothing but the best.
